CONTRATO DE PRESTACI\u00d3N DE SERVICIOS<\/b><\/h1>\n

Entre las partes que abajo se describen, quienes en adelante podr\u00e1n denominarse de forma conjunta como <\/span>\u201cLas Partes\u201d<\/b>, se celebra el presente <\/span>Contrato de Prestaci\u00f3n de Servicios<\/b>, el cual se regir\u00e1 por las siguientes cl\u00e1usulas:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Objeto del contrato<\/b><\/h3>\n

El presente documento tiene por objeto que <\/span>EL CONTRATISTA<\/b> preste a <\/span>EL CONTRATANTE<\/b> los servicios profesionales que este \u00faltimo solicite, en modalidad independiente, sin subordinaci\u00f3n laboral, conforme a los requerimientos espec\u00edficos definidos entre las partes.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Naturaleza del contrato<\/b><\/h3>\n

El contratista actuar\u00e1 de manera <\/span>independiente<\/b>, sin v\u00ednculo laboral, sin cumplimiento obligatorio de horarios, sin subordinaci\u00f3n, y asumiendo autonom\u00eda t\u00e9cnica y administrativa en la ejecuci\u00f3n de los servicios.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Honorarios<\/b><\/h3>\n

Los honorarios ser\u00e1n acordados entre las partes seg\u00fan el tipo y alcance del servicio solicitado. El pago podr\u00e1 realizarse por anticipado, parcial o contra entrega, seg\u00fan se pacte.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Plazos y entregables<\/b><\/h3>\n

Los plazos de ejecuci\u00f3n y entregables ser\u00e1n definidos y aprobados entre las partes antes de iniciar cada actividad o proyecto.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Confidencialidad<\/b><\/h3>\n

EL CONTRATISTA se compromete a mantener en estricta reserva toda informaci\u00f3n, acceso, claves, documentos, estrategias, materiales o datos a los que tenga acceso durante la ejecuci\u00f3n del contrato.<\/span>
\n<\/span> Esta obligaci\u00f3n se mantiene incluso despu\u00e9s de finalizado el contrato.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Propiedad intelectual<\/b><\/h3>\n

A menos que las partes acuerden lo contrario por escrito, todo material, documento, dise\u00f1o, contenido, desarrollo o entregable generado por EL CONTRATISTA ser\u00e1 propiedad de EL CONTRATANTE una vez se haya efectuado el pago total de los honorarios correspondientes.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. No exclusividad<\/b><\/h3>\n

Este contrato no implica exclusividad. El contratista podr\u00e1 prestar servicios a terceros sin restricci\u00f3n, siempre que no afecte sus compromisos adquiridos.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Terminaci\u00f3n del contrato<\/b><\/h3>\n

El presente contrato podr\u00e1 darse por terminado por cualquiera de las partes mediante notificaci\u00f3n escrita con m\u00ednimo cinco (5) d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n.<\/span>
\n<\/span> El contratante deber\u00e1 pagar los servicios efectivamente prestados hasta la fecha de terminaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Responsabilidad<\/b><\/h3>\n

Cada parte es responsable de sus propios actos, decisiones y obligaciones. El contratista responder\u00e1 por la calidad de los servicios prestados conforme a su experiencia y capacidades profesionales.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Comunicaciones<\/b><\/h3>\n

Toda comunicaci\u00f3n entre las partes deber\u00e1 realizarse por los medios acordados: correo electr\u00f3nico, WhatsApp o cualquier otro canal validado previamente.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. Legislaci\u00f3n aplicable<\/b><\/h3>\n

Este contrato se regir\u00e1 de acuerdo con las leyes del pa\u00eds en el que se ejecute el servicio o donde se encuentre domiciliado el contratante.<\/span><\/p>\n

12. Aceptaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h3>\n

Al firmar o aceptar este documento por cualquier medio (digital, f\u00edsico o mensaje), ambas partes manifiestan haber le\u00eddo, entendido y aceptado totalmente el contenido del presente contrato.<\/span><\/p>\n
